Go Sales Licensing US Inc. is an authorized dealer and together with its affiliates (“Go Sales”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates several interactive websites under various brand names. Go Sales is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information while striving to provide the very best user experience. This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Go Sales collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information. It also explains the choices you can make at any time about how we use your information.  

This Privacy Policy applies to you and anyone who visits our website or uses our on-line features and services (collectively “services” or “our services”) and should be read together with Go Sales’ Website Terms of Use. If you subscribe or purchase any products or services offered by Go Sales, the third parties who provide the products and services you request (“Third-Party Product and Service Providers”) will have their own privacy policies that apply to information they collect from products, services and apps they provide to you. Any data collected subject to this Privacy Policy that is shared with Third-Party Product and Service Providers will still be treated consistent with this Privacy Policy.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION 
 
We collect your information in 4 ways: 

• Directly from you. You give it to us when you interact with our services, including when you visit our website, fill in our online form or information request sheet, directly interact with a Go Sales representative or provide necessary information to process your order.  

• Automatically. We automatically get it when you visit our website. For example, we use cookies and pixel tags to track your usage of our website and other network tools to collect information like call and text records and the web browsing information we describe in this Privacy Policy.  

• From third parties. We get it from third parties like credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, third-party data providers who provide commercially available geographic and demographic information and social media platforms.  

• From ourselves.  We may create information about you. For example, we may infer that you are looking for new products or services or identify the types of products or services you might like.

We share personal information internally with our affiliates (“Go Sales Affiliates”) as follows:  

• To deliver or assess effectiveness of our website and its contents, advertising and marketing programs. 

• To improve our website and service performance and enhance the user experience by responding to usage statistics, response times, and the like. 

• For analytics, training, and quality assurance purposes.  

We do not allow Go Sales Affiliates to use your information for any purpose other than to perform the above activities, and we require them to protect the confidentiality and security of data they get from us in a way that’s consistent with this Privacy Policy. 

Sharing information with third parties 

We may share your personal information with third parties. The extent to which we use and share your information depends upon the nature of and purpose for which we use and share it. A summary of how we share your personal information with third parties is detailed in the list below. By visiting our website and using our services, you agree that we may transfer your information to third parties to fulfill the purposes for which you have provided your information.  

We share personal information with third parties as follows: 

• With Third-Party Product and Service Provider. As an authorized dealer, we share your personal information with Third-Party Product and Service Providers as is necessary to carry out your order. Once we have passed it on to them, the ways in which they may subsequently use your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies and procedures.  
  

• With Other Third-Party Service Providers. We share your personal information with our consultants, contractors and other third parties who perform services for us or you, including completing your purchase or products and services, verifying or authenticating your identity, processing your credit approval, detecting fraud, evaluating, analyzing, personalizing, and improving our services and website and its contents, advertising and marketing delivery services, and managing our business operations (collectively “Other Third-Party Service Providers”). We do not require consent for sharing with these third parties for these purposes. We do not allow these third parties to use it for any purpose other than to perform those services, and we require them to protect the confidentiality and security of data they get from us in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.  

• To Prevent Fraud and Scams. We may share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of preventing fraud and scams. 
  

• With Ad Tech Partners. We allow our third-party ad tech partners (“Ad Tech Partners”) to collect anonymous information when you visit our website and to use that information to serve ads for our services when you visit other websites. These Ad Tech Companies may use anonymous information (e.g., navigational, non-personally identifiable information, click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, etc.) during your visits to our website to provide advertisements about our services likely to be of interest to you. These parties may use a cookie or a third-party web beacon, or other technologies, to collect this information. 
  

• For Legal and Other Purposes. We may share your personal information with companies and entities, including government agencies and law enforcement, to: 
  
  • comply with any subpoena, court order, or legal process, including to respond to any lawful government or regulatory request. 
  • enforce or apply our Website’s Terms of Service. 
  • detect and prevent fraud. 
  • necessarily protect our rights and property or to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. 
    

• With Third-Party Advertisers. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties, except with the Third-Party Product and Service Providers described above. The ways in which such parties may subsequently use your Private Customer Information are governed by their own privacy policies and procedures.  

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND CONTROLS 

You can manage your privacy choices about how we contact you and how we use or share your information. You also have choices about how certain third parties and advertisers use your information, including how we use and share your information for advertising and marketing. 

• Withdraw Consent: Where you are requested to consent to the processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you opt out of receiving email communications, we will still be permitted to send you transactional messages. Opting out of email communications does not constitute an opt out from any other means of communications. 

• Text messages: Opt-out of text messages by replying "STOP" to those messages. As required or allowed by law, even if you opt-out, we may continue to contact you with automated messages at the telephone number issued by us for service and non-marketing information about your service e.g. to provide you with updates on our Privacy Policy. 
  

• Third-Party Cookies. To opt out of anonymous third-party advertising cookies and location-identifying technologies, visit http://www.AboutCookies.org. Please note that our collection of web browsing information works independently of your web browser's privacy settings with respect to cookies and private browsing.  
  

• Do No Track. Some newer web browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. Please go to All About Do Not Track for more information. 
  

• Online behavioral advertising: Online behavioral advertising is automated, customized advertising that you see when using online services, like ads in mobile apps or on websites. We work with our Tech Ad Partners that may serve ads, across your use of online services. They may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our websites and other websites and apps. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track online activities and deliver ads and content tailored to your interests as part of our advertising and marketing programs. You can opt-out of online behavioral advertising from companies who participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance by going to their Consumer Choice Page. 
  

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS 

Go Sales operates in the U.S. and the information we and our service providers collect is governed by U.S. law, which may be different from the privacy laws of the country where you are located. We do not intend to offer products and services to residents of countries other than the U.S. and your access to and use of our website and other services constitutes your consent to the transfer to and from, processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information, including personal information, in the U.S., or in other countries where our service providers process data, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. 

SECURITY 
 
We safeguard your data using a range of administrative, technological, organizational and physical security controls. We maintain and protect the security of computer storage and network equipment, and we use security procedures that require our personnel to authenticate themselves to access sensitive data. We also limit access to your personal information to those employees, service providers, business partners, agents and other third parties who have a legitimate need to know for business purposes described in the How We Use Your Information section above. They will only process your personal information on our instructions or as otherwise agreed in our contracts with them.  

No security measures are perfect, however. We can’t guarantee that your information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, for example, as a result of a third party’s unauthorized or unlawful acts. If a breach were to occur, we will notify you as required by applicable law. 

Data we collect may be processed and stored in the United States or in other countries where we or our affiliates or service providers process data. 
 

CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP  
 
We may share your information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all our assets. 
 
INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM CHILDREN 
 
Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below, and we will work to delete their personal information in accordance with applicable law. We do not sell personal information of consumers, including consumers we know are younger than 16 years old or that we are prohibited from selling under applicable law.

CONSUMERS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD 
 
We do not knowingly sell, share, or process for purposes of targeted advertising Personal Data and/or Personal Information of children under 16 years of age.

We are required by law to verify your identity in connection with any request to prevent unauthorized access of your information. Failure to verify your identity may result in your request not being processed. Where required by Applicable Law, we will notify you if we deny your request, setting out the reasons we are unable to honor your request and any available appeal processes available to you.

• Opt Out of “Sale”, “Shares”, and Targeted Advertising: Depending on the state you reside in, website users have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your data and the disclosure of your data for cross-context behavioral advertising/targeted advertising (known as a “share” in California). Please note that we do not sell Personal Information and/or Personal Data for monetary consideration. 
  

• Right to Correction: You have a right to request the correction of inaccurate Personal Data and/or Personal Information that we may have on file about you. Please note that, in some instances, we may decline to honor your request or only honor your request in part, where, for example, we are unable to verify your identity or an exception to this right applies.

REQUEST BY AUTHORIZED AGENTS 

Depending on state of residence, you may have the right to submit a request through an authorized agent. If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a consumer to exercise a privacy right discussed in this Privacy Policy, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the requisite authorization to act on behalf of the consumer. We may also contact the consumer directly to verify their own identity and that the consumer granted you authorization to act on their behalf as an authorized agent. Depending on the Applicable State, an authorized agent may also be permitted to act on behalf of a consumer to exercise certain opt-out rights.
