We work hard to earn your trust. A big part of that is telling you what we do with your information. This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Go Sales Licensing US Inc. and our affiliates and their respective brand names and branded services (collectively, “Go Sales”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, share and protect your personal information. It also explains the choices you can make at any time about how we use your information. This Privacy Policy should be read together with Go Sales’ Site Terms of Use. 

 

If you subscribe or purchase telecommunication and electronic security products or services offered by Go Sales, the third parties who provide the products and services you request (“Third Party Service Providers”) will have their own privacy policies that apply to information they collect from products, services and apps they provide to you. Any data collected subject to this Privacy Policy that is shared with these parties will still be treated consistent with this Privacy Policy. 
 
California requires us to adopt different policy terms and commitments in accordance with local laws. If you are a California resident or live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have certain additional privacy rights with respect to the personal information we collect about you. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION 
 
We collect your information in 4 ways: 

• Directly from you. You give it to us when you interact with our services, including when you access our Site, fill in our online form or information request sheet, directly interact with a Go Sales representative or provide necessary information to process your order.  

• Automatically. We automatically get it when you access our Site. For Example, we use cookies and pixel tags to track your usage of our Site and other network tools to collect information like call and text records and the web browsing information we describe in this Privacy Policy. 

• From third parties. We get it from third parties, such as credit information, and commercially available geographic and demographic information, along with other available information, such as public posts to social networking sites.  

• From ourselves.  We may create information about you.  For example, we may infer that you are looking for new products or services or identify the types of products or services you might like. 

 

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Telephone Call Recordings	Telephone call recordings with a Go Sales representative.	We use this information for security and fraud detection. We also use this information to help maintain and improve our Site, the quality of our service and user experience.
Private Customer Information	Private customer information is that information necessary to complete your order, which may include user ID and password, the products and services you purchased, your name, billing and shipping information, email address, phone number, date of birth, employer, government identification (like a driver’s license, or passport), social security number, photos of your face, signature, credit history, active member affiliations, credit/debit card information and other required billing and payment data.	We use this information to process your order, verify or authenticate your identity, detect and prevent fraud, assess credit and payment risks and authorize transactions.
Personally-identifiable Behaviour information	We may capture data usage. Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on a page, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. If you receive an email or text message from us, we may capture information related to when you open our message or click on a link.	Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. We use this information to understand how you interact with our communications to you and to improve our Site, the quality of our service and user experience.
Public reviews	You may consent to posting comments or reviews on our Site about the products and services you purchased and reviews of Go Sales.	We use this information to share with the public.
Feedback and Support	If you provide us feedback or request support, we will collect your name and email address, and any other content you send to us.	We use this information to receive and act upon your feedback or issues. We also may use personal data described in this section to respond to your inquiries.
Technology on our Site used for targeted advertising	We may allow third parties (e.g., Google) to place technology on our Site (e.g., a cookie or a pixel) that allows them to track you. The third party might also collect data over time and across other websites. They use this data to serve advertisements tailored to your interests, which may include advertisements about our services.	We allow this type of tracking to advertise to you.
Non-Personally identifiable behavioral and Non-behavioral Information	We may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity, user agent, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information if applicable, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, browser extensions installed, browser features enabled, operating system and platform, information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity), methods used to browse away from the page, and other non-personally identifiable behavioral and non-behavioral information. You can choose to disable these features by electing to use the private browser setting and/or disabling javascript. Note, that doing so will disable other features that this Site may employ.	We use this information to help improve usability and the user experience.
Site Usage Information	Site usage information is information that we collect, via anonymous third-party cookies, that tells us about the way you use and navigate through our Site.	We use this information to make our Site run efficiently and to understand how you interact with our Site to improve its content and performance. Finally, we use this information to help detect and prevent fraud. These are cookies that are set by a third party when you access this Site and are controlled by that third party.
Information for Legal & Compliance purposes	Various personal information described in this section of this Privacy Policy.	We use personal information to cooperate with law enforcement, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, respond to government requests, and to enforce and comply with our Site Terms of Use and other terms, agreements or policies.

• With Third Party Service Providers. We share your Private Confidential Information, as needed, with Third Party Service Providers and/or their respective affiliates, as applicable. Once we have passed it on to them, the ways in which they may subsequently use your information is governed by their own privacy policies and procedures.  

 

• With Third-Party Service Providers. We share information with our agents, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, third-party service providers, advertisers and other third parties who perform services for us or you, including carrying out, evaluating, marketing, analyzing, personalizing, and improving our services and Site and its contents, managing orders, verifying or authenticating your identity, processing your credit approval, detecting fraud, service and user experience and managing our business operations. We do not allow these third parties to use it for any purpose other than to perform those services, and we require them to protect the confidentiality and security of data they get from us in a way that’s consistent with this Policy. We do not require consent for sharing with our vendors for these purposes. • With Third Party Advertisers. We do not sell or share Customer Contact Information or Private Customer information with any third-party advertisers, except with our Third Party Service Providers as described above. Once we have passed it on to them, the ways in which these parties may subsequently use your information is governed by their own privacy policies and procedures.  

 

• To Prevent Fraud and Scams. We may share your information with third parties for the purpose of preventing fraud and scams. 

 

• With Third-Party Cookies. We allow third parties to collect anonymous information when you visit our Site and to use that information to serve ads for our products or services when you visit other Sites. These third parties may use anonymous information (e.g., navigational, non-personally identifiable information, click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, etc.) during your visits to our Site to provide advertisements about our goods and services likely to be of interest to you. These parties may use a cookie or a third-party web beacon, or other technologies, to collect this information. 

 

• For Legal and Other Purposes. We may share your information with companies and entities, including government agencies and law enforcement, to:

Opting out of email communications does not constitute an opt out from any other means of communications. 

 

• Text messages: Opt-out of text messages by replying "STOP" to those messages. As required or allowed by law, even if you opt-out, we may continue to contact you with automated messages at the telephone number issued by us for service and non-marketing information about your service e.g. to provide you with updates on our Privacy Policy. 

• Third-Party Cookies. To opt out of anonymous third-party advertising cookies, visit http://www.AboutCookies.org. Please note that our collection of web browsing information works independently of your web browser's privacy settings with respect to cookies and private browsing.  

• Online behavioral advertising: Online behavioral advertising is automated, customized advertising that you see when using online services, like ads in mobile apps or on websites. Those ads are served to you based on inferences about your interests. Those interests are determined from data collected about you, whether by Go Sales or other parties. We work with marketing companies that may serve ads across your use of online services. These companies may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Site and apps and other websites and apps. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track online activities and deliver ads and content tailored to your interests as part of our advertising programs. You can opt-out of online behavioral advertising from companies who participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance by going to their Consumer Choice Page. 

 

SECURITY 
 
We safeguard your data using a range of administrative, technological, organizational and physical security controls. We maintain and protect the security of computer storage and network equipment, and we use security procedures that require our personnel to authenticate themselves to access sensitive data. We also limit access to your personal information to those employees, service providers, business partners, agents and other third parties who have a legitimate need to know for business purposes described in the How We Use Your Information section above. They will only process your personal information on our instructions or as otherwise agreed in our contracts with them.  

 

No security measures are perfect, however. We can’t guarantee that your information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this privacy Policy, for example, as a result of a third party’s unauthorized or unlawful acts. If a breach were to occur, we will notify you as required by applicable law. 
 

DATA RETENTION 

 
We take steps to ensure that information is processed according to this Privacy Policy and to the requirements of applicable law. We keep your information as long as we need it for business, tax or legal purposes. We set our retention periods based on things like the type of personal information collected, how long the personal information is needed to operate the business or provide our services and whether the business is subject to contractual or legal obligations – such as ongoing litigation, mandatory data retention laws or government orders to preserve data relevant to an investigation.  After that, we destroy it by making it unreadable or indecipherable. 
 
CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP  
 
We may share your information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all our assets. 
 
INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM CHILDREN 

We do not knowingly collect information personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental notice and, where appropriate, parental consent. Unless we have parental consent, we will not engage with a child under the age of 13 for any purposes. We may collect, use or share information about users who log onto our Site as described in the information we collect, how we collect your information, how we use your information and how we share your information sections of this Privacy Policy. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us via the email listed in the How to Contact Us section below, and we will work to delete their personal information in accordance with applicable law. 

 

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE 

 

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary to reflect changes we make and to satisfy legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by posting notice of such changes in this Privacy Policy on our Site or by other means, consistent with applicable law.
