Go Sales Licensing US Inc. is an authorized dealer and together with its affiliates (“Go Sales”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates several interactive websites under various brand names. Go Sales is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information while striving to provide the very best user experience.   • From third parties. We get it from third parties like credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, third-party data providers who provide commercially available geographic and demographic information and social media platforms.  
  • From ourselves.  We may create information about you. For example, we may infer that you are looking for new products or services or identify the types of products or services you might like.

We share personal information internally with our affiliates (“Go Sales Affiliates”) as follows:

We share your personal information with our consultants, contractors and other third parties who perform services for us or you, including completing your purchase or products and services, verifying or authenticating your identity, processing your credit approval, detecting fraud, evaluating, analyzing, personalizing, and improving our services and website and its contents, advertising and marketing delivery services, and managing our business operations (collectively “Other Third-Party Service Providers”).   • With Ad Tech Partners. We allow our third-party ad tech partners (“Ad Tech Partners”) to collect anonymous information when you visit our website and to use that information to serve ads for our services when you visit other websites. These Ad Tech Companies may use anonymous information (e.g., navigational, non-personally identifiable information, click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, etc.) during your visits to our website to provide advertisements about our services likely to be of interest to you. These parties may use a cookie or a third-party web beacon, or other technologies, to collect this information. 
  • For Legal and Other Purposes. We may share your personal information with companies and entities, including government agencies and law enforcement, to:

As required or allowed by law, even if you opt-out, we may continue to contact you with automated messages at the telephone number issued by us for service and non-marketing information about your service e.g. to provide you with updates on our Privacy Policy. 
  • Third-Party Cookies. To opt out of anonymous third-party advertising cookies and location-identifying technologies, visit http://www.AboutCookies.org. Please note that our collection of web browsing information works independently of your web browser's privacy settings with respect to cookies and private browsing.  
  • Do No Track. Some newer web browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. Please go to All About Do Not Track for more information. 
  • Online behavioral advertising: Online behavioral advertising is automated, customized advertising that you see when using online services, like ads in mobile apps or on websites. We work with our Tech Ad Partners that may serve ads, across your use of online services. They may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our websites and other websites and apps. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track online activities and deliver ads and content tailored to your interests as part of our advertising and marketing programs. You can opt-out of online behavioral advertising from companies who participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance by going to their Consumer Choice Page. 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS 

Go Sales operates in the U.S. and the information we and our service providers collect is governed by U.S. law, which may be different from the privacy laws of the country where you are located. We do not intend to offer products and services to residents of countries other than the U.S. and your access to and use of our website and other services constitutes your consent to the transfer to and from, processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information, including personal information, in the U.S., or in other countries where our service providers process data, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. 

SECURITY 
 
We safeguard your data using a range of administrative, technological, organizational and physical security controls. We maintain and protect the security of computer storage and network equipment, and we use security procedures that require our personnel to authenticate themselves to access sensitive data. We also limit access to your personal information to those employees, service providers, business partners, agents and other third parties who have a legitimate need to know for business purposes described in the How We Use Your Information section above. They will only process your personal information on our instructions or as otherwise agreed in our contracts with them.  

No security measures are perfect, however.
